MACHINE OPERATOR

ACME GRIDLEY SCREW MACHINE OPERATOR:

This position involves the operating of multi-spindle automatic screw machines.

Loading of steel bars into machine.
Insuring that production rate is met.
Use of micrometers, calipers, depth mics and various other check gauges.
Ensure quality of parts produced.
Follow specific work, process and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
Have a good attitude toward co-workers and management.
Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Mechanical abilities a must.
